- We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days after receipt and clearance of payment.
- UK Delivery: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Western Europe Delivery: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world Delivery: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. - DELIVERY CHARGES (Per Item)

- UK: Your items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
Overseas orders: will be sent via a partner of ANC, by DHL or by AirMail. - Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Shiny Shoes.
- Saturday Delivery
- If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us for a quote as the charges below are for weekday deliveries only
Deliveries will not be made under any circumstances on any of the following days: - - Sundays.
- Bank Holiday Mondays.
- Good Friday.
- Christmas Day.

- Returns & Replacements
- Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in good condition within 14 days to:

LS29 0PD- Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Please include your details (ie name, address, date order placed, reason for return, replacement or refund required) and state whether an exchange or refund is required. - Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. We will cover the costs of returning faulty items only once we have fully inspected them for defects, however items which have been damaged due to negligence will not be refunded.

You can use the website to automatically place an order with us, you will be given an order number and details of how to make payment at the time of checkout. You will need to send payment to us before we will dispatch your order. - If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will despatch your order 5-6 working days after the day we receive payment for your order. How to pay for your Order
You can pay by cheque/paypal. The delivery schedule of you order will depend on when we receive the cheque & the time it takes to clear through our bank (usually 5 working days). -

Occasionally an item may be out of stock & a delivery pending from our supplier. In this case we will contact you to see if you would like to wait for the delivery or cancel your order.
